Quality gates
This is the part that answers 'AI-built means low quality'. The gates are automated, they run on every change, and a human owns the sign-off.
Unit and integration coverage on business logic and every API surface. Integration tests hit a real database, not a mock.
Every UI change is rendered and diffed against an approved baseline. Unintended visual drift blocks the merge.
Dependency audit, secrets scan, authn/authz check, and a review of anything touching data handling — run as a gate, not a phase.
A named engineer reviews and approves every merge. AI writes production code here; it does not approve its own work.
What you own
Assigned to you in full on final payment. No retained licence, no shared ownership, no clause that makes leaving expensive.
Priced and delivered as its own artefact at the end of week one. Yours to take anywhere, including to someone else.
